A second home,
not a roster.
Fifteen members across ten schools, 93% returning veterans. We don't fix weaknesses — we find each person's brightest spark and take it to the limit.
Warmth. Responsibility. Capability.
Everyone matters and everyone is seen. Our PMs make a birthday card for each member; every meeting, everyone speaks at least once; we never blame — we ask what we learned. We keep a growth log for each person, because no one here is replaceable.
Leadership isn't directing others — it's using your energy to move the team forward together. Beyond our own bench, we founded and coach sister teams, and our engineering lead has answered questions for 20+ teams in the FTC community.
We never fight unprepared. A detailed season plan, personalized growth plans for every member, and a meticulous post-match review against the task sheet after every event — that's how a team builds real technical height.
Every spark, to the limit.

We don't grow alone.

Senior mechanical engineer with years of FTC/FRC coaching — passionate help on mechanism design and engineering puzzles.
Young, energetic 3D-design specialist — guided many of our chassis connectors and assembly.
Java coach who started competing in 3rd grade — optimized our human-player-zone grab routine for reliable pickups.
Veteran VEX/FTC programming coach — deep help across robot structure and autonomous code.
Senior tech-company PM — taught us PDCA project management to plan and review every season task.

Team management and resource-integration mentor — invaluable on outreach, sponsorship, and sustainable growth.
Partner at Grandall (Shanghai) — guides us on IP, patents, open-source licensing, and sponsor agreements.
Go out, so support comes in.
We build sponsorships on trust and resonance — and every sponsor conversation is also a chance to promote FIRST. We start with the people around us, do the work before we ask, arrive with a clear proposal, and use every member's school as a channel.
Parents, alumni, and teachers are the first bridge. We run community robotics classes and campus tech fairs first — when local companies see us advancing youth STEM, they want in. We research firms, write a concise proposal — what we do, what we need, what you get — and follow up sincerely.
